1 [ 6Save as otherwise provided in this Act or the rules made thereunder, no public service vehicle owned or controlled by State Transport Undertaking shall be operated in any public place in Uttar Pradesh unless an additional tax as may be notified by the State Government in addition to tax payable under Section 4 has been paid in respect thereof. ]
