(1) The [Municipal Commissioner] [and the [Additional Municipal Commissioner]] shall receive from the [Corporation] Fund such monthly salary and allowances, as the State Government may from time to time determine

(2) The other terms of employment including leave, pension, contribution to Provident Fund, shall be such as the State Government may prescribe
