UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN NAGAR VIKAS ANUBHAG -7 In pursuance of the provisions of clause(3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no-2274/9-7-2019-08(seema vistaar)/2016,Dated 31 December,2019 Notification NO0-2274 /9-7-2019-08(seema vistaar)/2016 Lucknow: Date 31 December, 2019 In exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Nagar Nigam Act, 1959 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1959), the Governor is pleased to declare that the area and boundaries specified in Schedule-1 below shall be the arca of Nagar Nigam, Mathura- Vrindavan District Mathura to be extended and shall be known as Nagar Nigam Mathura-Vrindavan in the District Mathura for the purposes of part IX-A of the Constitution of india and is further pleased to notify under clause (d) of Article 243-P of the Constitution that area and boundaries specified in Schedule II below shall be the territorial area of the said Nagar Nigam.

North to West towards:- We start form Vrindavan khadar & including village Jehangirpur Khardar we move towards west & reaches village Aatas khadar & then Aatas Bangar including them, we include village Jait (partly) only that part of village which is towards NH-02 to Vrindavan and include land parcel of N.H.-2 of both side which is part of village Jait, after this we move towards south & reach village Chhatikara and including that part of chhatikara which is towards Vrindavan and include land parcel of NH-02 (Delhi -Agra Highway) of both side which is part of village Chhatikara and then including village Allahepur and move toward south reaching the boundry of village Chharora we cross NH-02 and reach village Kota and we move parallel to railway line and then cross railway line and enter village Govindpur Dehat and then we enter village Ganeshra and moving towards west we cross Mathura-Alwar railway line and reach village Satoha-Asgarpur and then reach Nagala Sadola, Now we cross Mathura- Gouverdharn road and move towards west then we reach Satoha-Asgarpur again and moving on boundry line we reach village Naugaon and including this village we move towards south and then crosses Sonkh road and reaches village Salempur West To South:- We start from village Salempur and including this village we move towards South and we enter in village Mohali and including this village we reach village Mukundpur and including this village we reach village Tarsi and then we reach village Mudesi and we cross railway line and Mathura-Bharatpur road and reach village Dhangaon and including this village we reach village Aduki then we cross Mathura- Achhanera railway line and we cross Mathura-Agra railway line and reaches village Baad.
