Control of Municipality

[30. If an any time the State Government is satisfied that a municipality persistently makes default in the performance of duties imposed upon it by or under this Act or any other law for the time being in force or exceeds or abuses more than once its powers, it may, after having given the municipality a reasonable opportunity to show cause why such order should not be made by order published with the reasons therefore in the official Gazette, dissolve the municipality. ]
