Section 13: Finance Controller

The Uttar Pradesh National Law University, Prayagraj Act, 2020 (U.p.act No. 26 of 2020)State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 26 of 2020

There shall be a Finance Controller / Account Officer who shall be appointed in the same manner as in the case of the Registrar having such qualification as may be prescribed by regulations.

Provided the first Finance Controller / Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Executive Council in consultation with the State Government.
