Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya Kar Anubhag-2 In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of article 348 of the constitution of India, the Governor is pleased 10 Order the publication of the following English Transla Rules-2017-Order-(348) i i Government notification No.330/X1-2~25-9(42 /17-T.C.-72-U.P.GST el 2025 dated 17-04-2025. ) NOTIFICATION No.330/X1-2-25-9(42)/17-T.C.-72-U.P.GST Rules-2017-Order-(348)-2025 Lucknow : Dated : 17-04-2025, In exercise of powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1804 (Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely: — The Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Sixty-sixth Amendment) Rules, 2025 Short title and| 1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Goods and commencement| Services Tax (Sixty-sixth Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) Save as otherwise provided in these rules, they shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 23rd day of January, 2025.

Insertion of new| 2. In the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 rule 16A (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), with effect from a date to be notified, after rule 16, the following rule shall be inserted, namely: - "Grant of | 16 A.
