7. Meetings of the Board-(l) Generally rneetings of the Board will be held once in three months,
(2) The quorum for the meeting of the Board will be f-rve members but after postponement of a meeting no quorum is necessary for subsequent meeling.
(3) The meeting of the Board will be convened by thc Member Secretary with the approval of the Chairman. The notice of the meeting shall be delivered to the Members hand-to-hand or send by post on the last known address at least fifteen days in ttcivatlce intirnating venue, date. time and agenda of the meeting.
' (4) The brief notes of the Agenda points will be prepared by the Member Secretary and will be read in the ensuring meeting of the Board and adopted withotrt any correction and amendments' The notes on minutes and follow up of previous meeting rvill be put by the Member Secr'etary before the Board.'
8. Fund of th'e Board [Seuion 2g(2)(c)]1.1) The money received in the Fund of the Board under section l0 of the Act shall be- deposited in a Nationalised Bank and the,account thereof shall be operated by the Member Secretary'
(2) The Fund of the Board shall be. utilized to meet the expenditure on salaries and allowances of the Chairman, Members and other'officers and employees of the Board and other official purposes and also for welfare of inmates of the recognized.lnstitutions with approval of the Board.
(3) The account of the Fund of the Board shall be audited cvery year by the Director Local Fund Accounts Examiner Department, Allahabad on the basis of Test Audit and payment of the necessary fee.
9. Budget of the Biard [Section 2g(2)(c)J-\L) The Board shall prepare every year the budget of the Board for the next following financial year shorving receipts and expenditure and submit to the Director Mahila Kalyan Vibhag, tJttar Pradesh on or before September 30 of each calendar year.
: (2) The Director, Mahila Kalyan, Uttar Pradesh shall examine the budget and fbrward it to the State Government with comments and recommendation u,ithin one month oftthe date of receipt ofthe budget.
10. The Travelling and other allowances .for the Chairman arttl Members qf the Board [Section 2g(2)(d)]-(a) The Chairman or a Member shall not be crntitled to any salary' (D) The Chairman or a Member shall however be entitled to Travelling and daily allowance at the rates admissible to the Group-A officer of the State Goventment for joumeys to attend the meetings of the Board and for joumeys perfornrecl in the irrtcrest of the Board, withthe condition that in-respect of the Chairman'the quarterly ceiling sh;ill be at Rs. 1500.00 and in case of a Member af Rs. 1500.00.
,: (r) The Members shall undertake joumey only after obtaining prior approval of the 'Chairman, and their travelling allowance bill, will be countersigned by the Chairman.

(3) The Regional Inspector shall examine the application and send it to the Board with recommendation.

(5) The certificate of recognition or the orders as the case may be shall be issuer accordance with the decision of the Board under sub_rule (4).
(6) The certificate of recognition shall be issued in Form given in Annexure-B for a pe ofthree years.
(7) The certificate of recognition issued urariit iE rule shall be renewed for a further of three years.
(8) The Management of the recognized Institution shall one month before expiry years of the certificate of recognition, and every three yearly thereafter shall give to the of three Inspector his renewal application for renewal of certificate of recognition, in Form giv-en in Annexure "C".
(9) The Board shall issue renewal of certificate of recognition in Form given in Annexure "D".
- (10) If the application for rettewal of certificate of registration is not received by the Regional Inspector within the prescribed time from an Institution,,,ih. Munuger of such institution shall be liable to be punished under section 24 of the Act.
13.. Maintenance of repisley and accounts by the Boqrd.-:the register of meetings of the Board, the Stock Book, the Cash Book, the register of adoption/guardianship/marriage, the register of recognition granted and renewed, the registirof Establiihment and the records of accounts shall be maintained in the office of the Board.
14. Audit of Accounts.-The Board shall cause its accounts to be audited every year by the Director, Local lrund Accounts who will audit the account on the basis of test audit.
