Section 26: Seniority

[[2] The Seniority of persons substantively appointed in any category of posts in the Centralised services shall be determined in accordance with the Uttar Pradesh Government Servants Seniority Rules, 1991, as amended from time to time.]

27. Transfer. (1) The State government may transfer any of the Centralised Services from Nagar Palika or Jal Sansthan to other.

(2) A Palika or Jal Sansthan, as the case may be may seek the transfer of any officer in the Centralised Sarvices by passing a special resolution to that effect by a majority of 2/3rd members constituting the Palika or Jal Sansthan, as the case may be.
