Section 33: Incidence of leave charges

The incidence of leave charges, transit pay and allowances including travelling allowance of an officer transferred for one Palika or Jal Sansthan, as the case may be, to another, will be regulated in accordance with the following principles-

(a) Where an officer is transferred from one Palika or Jal Sansthan, as the case may be, to another, his transit pay and allowances including travelling allowances shall be borne by the Palika or Jal Sansthan, as the case may be, to which he is transferred;

(b) Leave salary shall be borne by the Palika or Jal Sansthan, as the case may be, from where the officer proceeds on leave.
