in regard to the matters not specifically covered by these rules, persons appointed to the centralised services including the Palika and Jal Sansthan Hill Sub-Cadre, shall be governed by the rules, regulations and orders applicable generally to Government servants serving in connection with the affairs of the State.
47. Savings. (1) Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations and other concessions required to be provided for the Candidates belonging to the Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes and other backward classes of citizens, in accordance with rule 3 and orders of the Government, issued in this regard from time to time.
