Section 8: Representation of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes

Reservation for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes of citizens shall be in accordance with the Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes) Act, 1994.
