Section 4: Delimitation of territorial constituencies

Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Delimitation of Territorial Constituencies for the Election of Members) Rules-1994State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1947

The territorial constituencies in a Panchayat area shall be delimited by starting anti-clockwise from northeast of the Panchayat area so that each such constituency is a geographically compact area and has, so far as practicable population calculated under Rule 3

Provided that while so delimitating a territorial constituency, a dwelling unit shall not be divided.
