Section 25: Appointment of registrar, election officer, competent canal officer and appellate officer

The Uttar Pradesh Participatory Irrigation Management Act, 2009State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 4 of 2009

(1) The State Government may by notification in the gazette appoint such officers of the State Government as the Registrar, Election Officer, competent canal officer and appellate officer.

(2) The powers and functions of officers appointed under sub- section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.
