Section 16: General Council

The Uttar Pradesh Police and Forensic Science University Act, 2020State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 4 of 2020

16. The University shall have a General Council, constituted of:-

(i) The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Chairperson

(ii) The Minister of Home, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member

(iii) The Minister of Law, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member

(iv) The Minister of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member

(v) Advocate General of Uttar Pradesh Member

(vi) The Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Member

(vii) The Principal Secretary of JudicialDepartment, Government of Uttar Pradesh Member

(viii) The Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Member

(ix) The Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Home
