Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

THE Uttar Pradesh Prantiya Rakshak Dal/Vikas Dal ACT-1948State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 38 of 1948

(1) This Act may be called the [Uttar Pradesh] [Prantiya Rakshak Dal/Vikas Dal] Act, 1948.

(2) It extends to the whole of [Uttar Pradesh] ;.

(3) It Shall come into force at once.
