Section 23: Authorities of the University

The Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 12 of 2019

23. The following shall be the Authorities of the University:-

(1) the Governing Body,

(2) the Executive Council ,

(3) the Academic Council,

(4) the Finance Committee ,

(5) the Planning Board,

(6) the Board of Faculties,

(7) the Board of Studies,

(8) the Admissions Committee,

(9) the Examinations Committee, and

(10) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
