Section 28: The Planning Board

The Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 12 of 2019

28. (1) The Planning Board shall be the principal planning body of the University. The Board shall ensure that the infrastructure and academic support system meets the norms of the University Grants Commission and other Regulatory Bodies.

(2) The constitution, of the Planning Board, term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed.
