Section 31: Protection of action taken in good faith

The Uttar Pradesh Public Health and Epidemic Diseases Control, Act 2020State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 17 of 2020

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act or regulation or rules or order made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act or of any order made thereunder.
