The Uttar Pradesh Public Libraries Ordinance, 2006State Ordinance of Uttar Pradesh · No. 21 of 2006

(1) The Council may make regulations not inconsistgnt with the Powerto make provisions of this Ordinance and the rules made thereunder to discharge its function fEpiliiant under this Ordinance.

(2) In particular and without prejudice to the foregoing powers, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters namely,— (2} the time, date and place at which the Council shall meet and फीड rules of procedure the Council shall observe in regard to transaction of its business at its meeting,

(b) other committees which council may constitute, the number of members therein and the functions which may be performed by such committees.
