Section 44: Repeal and saving U. P. Ordinance no. 18 of 1998

The Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University Act, 1999State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 10 of 1999

44. (1) The Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University Ordinance, 1998 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1) shall be deemed have been done or taken under this Act as if the provisions of this Act were in, force at all material times.
