Section 199: Certified purchaser to be put in possession

199. (1) The collector shall put the person declared to be the purchaser of such property into possession, and for that purpose, he may use or cause to be used such force as may be necessary.

(2) Nothing in this section shall authorize the Collector to remove from the possession of any property any person whom the defaulter had, before the issue of process, no present right to remove.
