85. (1) Where a bhumidhar with non-transferable rights uses his holding or part thereof, in contravention of the provisions of section 79, he shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any other provision of this Code, be liable to ejectment from such holding or part on the suit of the [ Gram Panchayat].
