Section 16

Rules for Elections to the Board of Indian Medicine, U. P.State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1939

(1) After the scrutiny of nomination papers has been completed the Returning Officer shall prepare a list of valid nominations in Form V in Hindi containing the names in alphabetical order with addresses of the validly nominated candidates as given in the nomination papers,

(2) A copy of the list shall be posted at the office of the Returning Officer not later than the day next following that on which scrutiny is completed.
