Section 59

Rules for Elections to the Board of Indian Medicine, U. P.State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1939

(1) The Tribunal shall as soon as may be after announcing the orders made by it under rule 55 send a copy thereof to the State Government.

(2) The Tribunal shall dispose of the record of the case in such manner as the State Government may specify.

(3) The State Government may provide for issue of copies of documents or the record on payment of fees.
