Section 10: Rural Housing Commissioner

The Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board Act, 1983State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 27 of 1983

(1) There shall be a Rural Housing Commissioner appointed by the State Government for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The conditions of service of the Rural Housing Commissioner shall be such as may be prescribed. He shall be remunerated from the fund of the Board.
