Section 5: Terms and conditions of membership

The Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board Act, 1983State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 27 of 1983

(1) The term of every member, other than ex-officio member, shall be three years unless it is determined earlier by the State Government by a notified order.

(2) The members of the Board may be paid such allowances as may be prescribed.

(3) The allowances payable under this section shall be paid from the fund of the Board.
