Section 14: Appointment of Dean

Sanjay Gandhi Postgradute Institute of Medical Sciences Act 1983State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 30 of 1983

(1) There shall be a Dean of the Institute who shall be appointed by the Governing Body from amongst the Professors of the Institute.

(2) The Dean shall assist the Director in academic affairs of the Institute and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be laid down in the regulations.
