Section 28: Term of members and chairperson

The term of the chairperson and members of Board other than ex-officio Members of the Board shall be three years :

Provided that the Chairperson or a Member of the Board shall, notwithstanding the expiration of the term thereof shall continue to hold office till his/her successor enters upon the office.
