Section 3: Establishment of the Board

Shri Kashi Vishwanath Special Area Development Board Varanasi Act 2018State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 31 of 2018

(1) The State Government shall by notification, establish a 'Board' to be Known as Shri Kashi Vishwanath Special Area Development Board Varanasi to exercise the powers conferred and perform the functions assigned to it under this Act.

(2)The Board shall be a body corporate.

(3)The Head Quarter of the Board shall be at Varanasi.
