Section 39: Returns and inspections

The Uttar Pradesh Special Area Development Authorities Act, 1986State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 9 of 1986

(1) The Authority shall furnish to the State Government such reports, returns and other information as that Government may, from time to time- require.

(2) The State Government may give such directions on such reports, returns and other information, as it thinks fit, and it shall be the duty of the Authority to carry out such directions.
