Section 16: Officers of the temple.

The Uttar Pradesh Sri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 29 of 1983

”16 (1) The State Government shall appoint for the Temple a Chief Executive Officer and may appoint such other Officer or officers as it may consider necessary.

(2) The conditions of service; including the qualifications for appointment and the salary and allowances payable to the officers appointed under sub-section

(1) shall be such as may be determined by the State Government :

Provided that the rights of such officers in respect of salary and other conditions of service shall not be varied to their disadvantage after their appointment.”
