Section 21: Temple staff.

The Uttar Pradesh Sri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 29 of 1983

(1) Subject to any rules made in this behalf, the Board or as the case may be, the Chief Executive Officer may appoint such employees with such designations as may be prescribed and assign to them such powers and such functions as may be deemed necessary for the purpose of this Act.

(2) The employees shall be entitled to such salary and allowances and shall be governed by such conditions of service including conditions as to qualifications and method of recruitment, as may be prescribed.

(3) No employee shall be removed from service unless he has been given reasonable opportunity of being heard.
