Registers (i) to (iv) (Form Nos. 26 to 29, Appendix B) shall be kept by the stamp clerk at headquarters. Register No. (v) which shall include entries regarding watermarked paper and every description of genera (and court-fee stamps, shall he kept by the treasurer at the headquarters and by the sub-treasurer at tahsils.
