Section 279: Figures in quarterly statements to correspond with treasury figure

THE UTTAR PRADESH STAMP RULES 1942 (As Amended)State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1899

The figures of receipts and disbursements in collector's quarterly stamp statements should invariably correspond with those of the treasury account. The headings in the statements do not cover exactly the same ground as those of receipts under stamps in the treasury cash account, and certain items are shown in the statements as "charges" which are debited in the treasury cash account to the general head of "Refunds".
