Section 282: Abstract monthly statement

THE UTTAR PRADESH STAMP RULES 1942 (As Amended)State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1899

An abstract statement shall be prepared in the Collector's office showing the opening balance of the previous month, receipts from and issue to outside districts, advances, if any, total sales and the closing balance. The headings may be as follows;

Opening Receipts Issues Advance Sales Closing balance Balance 1 2 3 4 5 6 The closing balance thus obtained should tally with the total of the figures in the - various stock registers maintained at Sadar and at sub- treasuries.
