Section 309: Guard Book

THE UTTAR PRADESH STAMP RULES 1942 (As Amended)State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1899

A guard-book containing specimens of all registered forms and registers shall be prepared and maintained in each Collector's office. The name of the return of the officer prescribing the return, the date of his order and the dates from, and to, which the return is to be submitted shall be entered in a table of contents prefixed to the guardbook.
