Notwithstanding anything in this Act the Commission constituted by the Uttar Pradesh Government Order No. 22/16/92-Ka-2-93, dated March 9, 1993, shall be deemed to have been duly constituted under the provisions of this act and the term of three years of the Chairman and other Members of the said Commission shall be computed from the date of which they had a ssumed charge of their respective officers.
