Section 12: Accounts and Audit

The Uttar Pradesh State commission for Women act 2004State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 7 of 2004

(1) The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statements of accounts in such form as may be prescribed.

(2) The accounts ofthe commission shall be annually audited by the Director Local Fund, Uttar Pradesh.
