Section 26: Power to make Regulations.

26. The Council may, subject to any rules made by the State Government and with the previous approval of the State Government, make regulations-

(a) laying down the procedure to be followed at its meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum,

(b) providing for all matters which by this Act are to be provided for by regulations, and

(c) providing for any other matter solely concerning the Council and not provided for by this Act or the rules made thereunder.
