Section 3: Establishment of the Authority

The Uttar Pradesh State Highways Authority Act, 2004State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 19 of 2004

(1) With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint in this behalf, there shall be established 2 for the purposes of this Act an Authority to be called the Uttar Pradesh State Highways Authority.

(2) The authority shall be a body corporate.
