Section 8: Repeal and saving.

The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (Transfer of Assets and Liabilities) Act, 2018State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 34 of 2018

(1) The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (Transfer of Assets and Liabilities) Ordinance, 2018 (U.P. Ordinance 8 of 2018) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if the provisions of this Act were in force at all material times.
