Section 26: Finance Committee The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021 State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 8 of 2021
26. (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely: -
(i) the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the chairperson thereof;
(ii) two members of the Board (one of them shall be a Government nominee of the Board), to be nominated by the Board;
(iii) the Director (Finance);
(iv) one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board;
(v) one professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board;
(vi) one Head Coach, by rotation to be nominated by the Board
. (2) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee.
(3) The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (ii), (iv), (v) and (vi) shall be three years.
