Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Uttar Pradesh Sugamya Vyaapar (Pravdhaano Ka Sanshodhan) Act, 2025State Act of Uttar Pradesh · 2026

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Sugamya Vyaapar (Pravdhaano Ka Sanshodhan) Act, 2025.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for amendments relating to different enactments mentioned in the Schedule.
