Section 11: Power to remove diffculties

The Uttar Pradesh Training Colleges (Payment of Salaries of Teachers and Other Employees) Act, 1978State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 4 of 1979

@sapn@ (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, or by reason of anything contained in thisAct, the State Government may, by a notified order make such incidental or consequential provisions, including provisions for adapting or modifying any provision of this Act, but not affecting the substance as it may think necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.

(2) No order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiration of a period of three years from the commencement of this Act.

(3) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid as soon as may be, before both the Houses of the State Legislature.
