Section 1: Short extent title, and commencement

The U. P. Industrial Establishments (National Holidays) Act, 1961State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 18 of 1961

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Establishments (National Holidays) Act, 1961.

(2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
