Section 4: Labour Commissioner -

U.P. Industrial Housing Act, 1955State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 23 of 1955

(1) The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint a [Labour] Commissioner.

(2) The [Labour] Commissioner shall be a Corporation sole by the name of the [Labour]

Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, and shall have perpetual succession and an official seal and may sue and be sued in his corporate name.
