Section 7: Duties of the Labour Commissioner. -
U.P. Industrial Housing Act, 1955State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 23 of 1955
Subject to the control of the State Government, the [Labour] Commissioner shall be responsible for allotment of houses,
realization of their rent, [securing the] eviction of person occupying such houses, and all other matters relating to the administration of this Act.
