Section 3: The University

The U.P. Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1958State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 45 of 1958

[(1) The [Kuladhipati (Chancellor)], the [Kulpati] (Vice-Chancellor) and the Members of the Board and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in each University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of that University.]

(2) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
