As soon as may be, aer the date xed for the presentaon of Nominaon Papers, the Returning Ocer shall publish a list in Form No. II of all nominaons received with a noce, that the Nominaon Papers shall be scrunised on the date appointed under clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 at the place and hour specied in the noce. The list of nominaonsandthenoceshallbepublished,insuchmannerastheReturningOcermaydeemt.
