in the case of every contested elecon, the Returning Ocer shalt allot to each candidate a disnguishing symbol out of the symbols specied by the Director of Elecons and subject to his direcons, every candidate or his Elecon Agent shall forthwith be informed of the symbol alloed to the candidate and be supplied with a specimen thereof by the Returning Ocer.
